What is AgentRunCoach?
AgentRunCoach is an AI-powered running coach that builds and adapts your training plan around your Garmin data, race goals, recovery, and real feedback. Instead of a static PDF, you get a plan that evolves with your training through natural conversation.
Do I need a Garmin device?
Garmin Connect is currently central to the product. It's how workouts are pushed to your device and how completed activity data is pulled back in. Strava can provide supplemental context. Other platforms are on the roadmap.
What is Run Fitness?
Run Fitness is AgentRunCoach's score for your current running fitness, on a scale of 0 to 1000. It's calculated from your race-equivalent pace and used to set your exact training zones, including easy runs, tempo efforts, intervals, and more. As your fitness improves, your score goes up and your paces adjust automatically.
How is this different from a static training plan?
Static plans can change, but when life gets in the way, the plan either falls out of date or you spend time getting it back on track. Just tell AgentRunCoach what's going on and it reshapes your plan around it.
How do I get access?

What does it cost?
Nothing during the beta. There's no cost to participate. When paid plans launch, we'll include a free trial, and we're looking at very nominal pricing starting at around $5/month.
