1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Agent Run Coach ("AgentRunCoach," "we," "us," or "our"), including through our website, mobile application, or any connected AI assistant (such as ChatGPT), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. What AgentRunCoach Is
AgentRunCoach is an AI-powered training platform that helps runners build and adapt training plans based on their fitness data, goals, and feedback. The service connects to third-party platforms — including Garmin Connect and Strava — to retrieve activity data, and can be accessed directly via our website or through a connector inside supported AI assistants such as ChatGPT.
AgentRunCoach is not a medical service, a licensed coaching service, or a substitute for professional athletic or medical advice. See Section 8 for the full disclaimer.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must create an account to use AgentRunCoach. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering
- Keep your account credentials secure and not share access with others
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account (see Section 14)
- Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Access and Billing
AgentRunCoach is currently in private beta. Access during this period is free of charge. We will not bill you or require payment information while the beta is active.
When paid plans are introduced, we will notify you in advance with full pricing details. At that point, continued use beyond the free tier will require a subscription. Billing terms, cancellation policies, and pricing will be disclosed clearly before any charges apply.
5. Third-Party Integrations
AgentRunCoach integrates with third-party platforms to deliver its service. Your use of these integrations is also subject to those platforms' own terms and policies.
Garmin Connect
You authorize AgentRunCoach to access your Garmin Connect account to retrieve activity data and push workouts to your device. You must grant this permission explicitly through Garmin's authorization flow. You may revoke this access at any time through your Garmin account settings.
Strava
You may optionally connect your Strava account to provide supplemental activity context. AgentRunCoach uses Strava data solely to improve your coaching experience. We do not use data obtained via the Strava API to train AI models, in compliance with Strava's API Agreement.
AI Assistants (e.g., ChatGPT)
AgentRunCoach is available as a connector inside supported AI assistants. When you use AgentRunCoach through a third-party AI assistant, that interaction is also governed by the AI provider's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for how third-party AI platforms handle data on their end. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of the AI assistant you use.
Data passed through AI assistant connectors is used only to respond to your requests — not for training our models or any other secondary purpose.
6. Your Data
By connecting your accounts and using AgentRunCoach, you grant us a limited license to access, process, and store your training data for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
- We do not sell your personal or training data to third parties.
- We do not use your Garmin or Strava data to train AI models.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. See Section 14 to get in touch. We will fulfill deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AgentRunCoach to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content or data from the service
- Use the service to build a competing product or service
- Share your account access with others or resell access to the service
- Provide false information in connection with your account or training data
8. No Medical or Professional Advice
AgentRunCoach is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Training plans, pace recommendations, recovery guidance, and all other output from AgentRunCoach are based on evidence-based training methodologies and your personal data. They are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
You should consult a qualified physician or medical professional before beginning any new training program, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern. You assume full responsibility for your training decisions.
AgentRunCoach does not employ or supervise human coaches. Any coaching-style language used by the service is AI-generated and does not represent the advice of a licensed coaching professional.
9. Intellectual Property
AgentRunCoach and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Agent Run Coach and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our express written consent.
Your training data, personal information, and content you submit remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that data to provide the service.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentRunCoach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, injury, or harm arising from your use of or reliance on the service or its training recommendations.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentRunCoach and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
12. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect as long as you use the service. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. You may request export or deletion of your data as described in Section 6.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
